Our Ancestral Healing Farm Sanctuary is a 1-acre sanctuary located 10 min from downtown Oakland, dedicated to the cultural preservation and cultivation of medicines of the global diaspora including but not limited to: Native & Ancestral Medicines of African, Latine, Asian, South Asian, and Arab diaspora.

In addition, our Ancestral Healing Farm Sanctuary restores healing connection and medicinal relationship to the land for Black, Brown, and immigrant people of the Bay Area. We believe healing must be coupled with ecological justice and land-based sovereignty in order to further restore the health and healing of our communities that are constantly exposed to racism, trauma, and violence.

At our farm, our programs include (1) seasonal farm steward programs, (2) a monthly beecology series, and (2) community work and learning days. Through these programs, we invite amazing local BIPOC farmers in the Bay to uplift their wisdom and be guest speakers on our farm to help us learn farming and herbalism 101 basics. At our work and learning days, we are seek eager hands and warm hearts to assist with essential tasks such as bed preparation, harvesting, weeding, building projects, and planting. These programs offer a unique chance to connect with nature, learn about sustainable farming practices, and make a tangible difference in our community.
